Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number, order total including taxes where applicable, shipping fee, and an approximate shipping fee for international orders.

Gift Cards
For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. The credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount available on your gift card, in which case, only the outstanding order balance will be charged to your credit card. The information on your credit card will be used for that purpose alone.
Cancellations:
A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a
withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before
a sale is sent for deposit. Mademoiselle Jewelry will not collect a
deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be
released at the Card issuing bank's discretion. Customers must cancel
orders within 24 hours of purchase or a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Returns:
A return occurs when a customer returns a damaged/incorrect product previously purchased from Mademoiselle Jewelry. All returned merchandise must be received by Mademoiselle Jewelry within 30 days of the purchase date. Once the damaged/incorrect item is returned, we will immediately issue the corrected order to you.
Please contact us at info@mademoisellejewelry.com with the reason for your return and so that we can give you a return authorization number that can be placed on the outside of the returned box.
Once you have the return authorization number, please write it on the outside of the box. Please also e-mail us directly with a tracking number for the item, so that we may ensure that it is delivered to our warehouse. Tracking numbers may also be sent to info@mademoisellejewelry.com.
Sales Tax
Please be aware that Mademoiselle Jewelry is required by The Federal Government to collect a sales tax for all items shipped to addresses within New York State.
Mademoiselle Jewelry is not responsible for pricing errors caused by system malfunctions.
Shipping Information
Mademoiselle Jewelry ensures that each and every order is processed and handled as quickly as possible. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Although certain items may be ordered together, they may not be shipped out on the same day. On occasion, we do have items that are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order.

Note: We offer overnight delivery on certain items For express and
overnight delivery, online orders must be placed by 10 am EST,
Monday-Thursday.

Express Shipping Charges
- Mademoiselle Jewelry offers Express shipping (2-3 business days). Your
order must be placed before 10 am EST, Monday - Thursday.
- Mademoiselle Jewelry also offers overnight delivery. For this option, your
order must also be placed before 10 am EST, Monday - Thursday.
Backorders
You will be informed if an item is backordered.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Mademoiselle Jewelry does not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping to Canada
Effective May 5, 2004, all orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase plus an additional $30 for customs. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited or shipped to a PO Box.
Please note: orders shipped to these regions may be charged taxes and duties by Canadian customs and are the customer's responsibility.
